How It Works
Stage - 1: Brief of Inputs
ArchWest CGI shall arrange a kick-off call at a time decided by you. You are requested to attend the kick-off call with all the decision makers/stakeholders pertaining to design aspects on the project.
We shall discuss:
- The deliverable requirements
- Input data brief
- Process flow and project milestones
Note* – It is important to share inputs in as much details as possible. This ensures a smooth execution flow in the subsequent stages of rendering . Consider this stage as the most important stage.
Stage - 2: 3D Modeling
2D to 3D Modeling from CAD file requires an average of 3-4 business days,. Complex projects can take upto 10-12 days. The 3D Models will be shared either in the form of snapshots from multiple angles or the model itself to obtain go-ahead on the architectural details. Once the model is approved, we move on to discussing the creative details.
Creative Brief: After the 3D Model is approved, details like view angles(camera angles), lighting conditions(sunny/rainy etc) /time of day(Day/Dusk/Night etc), furniture and interior décor style along with details of supporting entourage like vicinity scenes, shops, buildings and people are freezed.
Stage - 3: The First Draft
We shall be arranging the first draft render for your review. It would be helpful to have as many stakeholders provide markups that includes:
- Architect
- Property Developer
- Marketing Agency
The feedback is to be collated through a single point of contact as discussed in the initial kick-off call and to be relayed back to us. We encourage use of markup tools like Lightshot, Redpen IO for this purpose.
Note* – Please be as detailed as possible while providing feedback as additional changes at a later stage may incur charges. Also, timelines can be impacted due to insufficient markups.

Stage - 4: Second Draft
Based on the feedback received through markups in first review, we shall prepare a second draft. It is expected to have minor comments/markups at this stage.
We still encourage having all pertinent stakeholders as mentioned in stage 3 to be a part of the review process.
Note* – We shall take 24-72 hours to amend the renders and revert back with updated renders. Please review the renders thoroughly as additional changes will incur additional costs as well as substantial time delays.
Stage - 5: Final Delivery
Your wait is over!
We shall be first submitting the low-resolution images for final approval. These images shall be fair enough to review all the details that are incorporated into the renders.
You are required to provide a final approval to render high resolution images now. Once the final payment has been made, we shall submit the end deliverables in FULL HD 4K resolution. These can be used for any of your needs like printing for brochures, billboards and uploading on website
