You can share any kind of inputs that help us understand the nuances of the project. As a starter, hand sketches or even video briefings work well. Basic inputs required are Architectural drawings, hand sketches, schedule of finishes and mood boards. If everything of your project is already documented, you can share that as well.

Ideally, we prefer the following file formats

For drawings - CAD format or PDF.

For 3D models - .3DS, .max, .obj

Contrary to the popular belief about 3D renderings, the process is very simple. All you need to send is a brief about the project and plans, sketches or schedule of finishes. Since we offer 3 rounds of feedback, there is a lot of scope for flexibility in terms of refining the image to match your requirements. You can ask us for sample project process flow PDF while making an enquiry. We will be happy to share the document along with 'How to share feedback on the deliverables'.

Emails/call/Zoom meeting is the best way to communicate with us.

We are open to working on as many projects as needed. We have a lot of flexibility in terms of taking up any scale of project and we are constantly growing

No, but you can pay half of the project cost as retainer fee and the balance is payable at conclusion of project. For large sized projects($10K+), we offer milestone based payment structure as well.

We are located in Gujarat, India with a virtual address for marketing in San Diego, CA as given on contact us page. However, our physical presence is not a pre-requisite for project execution as we mainly operate as an outsource studio. All your needs are handled virtually via chat, call or emails.

An expected timeline can be 3-5 business days for Interiors and 5-7 business days for exteriors per view. Simultaneously, we work on multiple images at a point of time. The exact TAT can only be ascertained once the details like number of views, inputs and complexity are shared with us.

If the monthly payments exceed $2K USD, we are open to discuss long term partnerships as a win-win opportunity.

Some of our clients do have an in house resource team to assist with regular renderings, however in times of peak workload, we can be a suitable backup option. Also, if you need high quality renders instead of the conceptual quality renders, you can bank on us. Our team of highly skilled 3D artists ensure better value for your money. Our workflow enables having the same flexibility you would want with an in-house team.
