360° Virtual Tour
A set of 360-degree panoramic images stitched together in a sequence to allow a full 360 view tour across the property.

3D ModelingThe process of creating an object virtually in three dimensions using a 3D modeling software. Imagine this as a plain box without any color, texture.

3D RenderingThe process of creating photo-realistic images using 3D models and applying the materials, texture, lighting and composition. Commonly used 3D renders are 3D Exteiors, 3D Interiors and 3D Floor Plans.

VR tourA simulation of property using composed sequences of videos, still images or multimedia elements like sound effects, music, narration and navigation options. The primary difference between a VR tour and 360 view tour is that a user needs VR glasses or other VR equipment to traverse through the spaces virtually.
3D animationThe process of creating 3D video output by combining hundreds of still frames to produce a video effect. The final output is a video.
