3D FLOOR PLAN RENDERING PROCESS

A detailed 3D Floor Plan starts from a good brief. The brief is an indispensable part of a 3D floor plan project. Here is how 3D floor plan rendering process is structured:





1. BRIEFING

You share all information related to the project. Archwest CGI goes through all of them and discusses with you any queries.

2. MODELING

After the kick-off meeting, our 3D artists start preparing the 3D model from the 2D Floor plan and section drawings. This is prepared from AutoCAD or PDF blueprints that clients provide to us in the beginning.

3. MODEL DRAFT

You receive the 3D model snapshots for review. Any changes to the model that pertains to the interior structure are taken care of in this stage.

4. COMMENT & MODIFY

Our 3D modelling team adjusts the model according to your comments.





5. COLOR DRAFT

We provide the color draft with finishes, materials ,textures, lights, furniture, people and other necessary settings.

6. COMMENT & MODIFY

You should be specific on the changes you want to make. Markup and provide feedback on the 3 rounds of feedback to progressively refine the render to accurately depict your needs

7. FINAL DELIVERY

We modify the visual and render the final high-res image. You get the photorealistic 3D Interior renders!
